Soulful Season in Late Summer
As late summer bathes the mountains in warm light, the Soulful Season begins here at Alpina – a time we consciously dedicate to the soul.
Starting September 1st, you can look forward to:

Guided hikes with mindful inspiration: Explore with local guides who offer fascinating insights into nature and the region – from the world of alpine herbs and life on the mountain pastures to the making of regional delicacies, including tastings of homemade specialties and much more.

- Tueasday: Good Morning Run & Dip with Marie, plus a Mindfulness Hike through the Finsterwald with Monika
- Wednesday: "Wanderbus Herbie" – Panoramic Hike at the Foot of the Hochkönig
- Thursday: Experience Alpine Life with Monika – Hike & Tasting on the Alpine Pasture
- Friday: Sunrise Hike with Monika followed by Brunch
- Saturday: Herbal Experience Hike with Viktoria
- Sunday: "Wanderbus Herbie" – Tappenkarsee – Discover Mountains & Lakes
Soulful Classes During the Soulful Season guided meditation, yoga, and weekly Pilates classes await you. Sometimes flowing, sometimes powerful, and at times completely still – a nourishing balance that strengthens both body and mind.
NEW from September – Reformer Pilates
Through precise and controlled movements supported by springs, straps, and a movable carriage, Reformer Pilates effectively enhances strength, mobility, posture, and body awareness. It especially targets the deep stabilizing muscles, making this training method ideal not only for strengthening the core but also for rehabilitation and prevention.
Regardless of your fitness level, Alina will guide you on your journey toward greater strength, flexibility, and a renewed sense of ease – for a positive feeling that resonates throughout every aspect of life.
