From our front door to the Ski amadé – what could be easier? The slope runs directly to the hotel and with the base station right next to the hotel you could not be closer to kick off the pleasure of skiing. Ski-in & Ski-out at Ski amadé / Snow Space Salzburg with more than 270 kilometers of well-groomed slopes and 70 chair lifts. The ideal starting point for your skiing vacation in Austria.Our location at 800 to 1,850 meters above sea level, combined with high-performance snowmaking systems, ensures 100% snow reliability starting from December.

The in-house ski shop offers hotel guests a 10% discount on all ski rentals. Lessons booked with the Alpendorf Ski School (also in-house) are discounted 5% for hotel guests.

Sankt Johann Alpendorf is known for its great snow conditions - but for optimal fun on the slopes right down to the valley, the Alpendorf high-performance snowmaking system makes sure that last snow layer stays until well after Easter! In addition, you will find children's ski schools, illuminated toboggan runs, cleared winter hiking trails and an ice rink in Sankt Johann.

Ski rental

Two ski rental shops are located in the hotel and both offer Alpina guests 10% discount on rental equipment. If both parents rent ski equipment, their children up to 10 years receive equipment free for the same period.

Save on bulky luggage and the hassle of maintaining your own skis - use our in-house ski service for maximum convenience.

Ski school

Registration for ski lessons can be made in the Alpendorf Ski School office, which is located directly in the hotel. As guests of Alpina you will receive a 5% discount.

The meeting point for the ski school as well as the children's practice area, the ski kindergarten, is located at the summit station of the Alpendorf Gondola, but pick-up by the ski instructor at the hotel is also possible.

Kids ski school

The Alpendorf children's ski school is specially designed for kids of all ages. Dedicated ski instructors introduce the little ones - gently - to the magic of skiing. Fun and games come first. Our international ski instructors provide ski lessons in English, German, Dutch, Danish, Italian, Spanish and French.

NEW: Kid’s pick-up service! The Ski School Alpendorf picks up the children in Alpina's ski cellar at 9:00 am and brings them back there at about 3:30 pm. On request your child can be brought directly to our Kid's Club. Providing maximum flexibility to your skiing vacation.

FOR ALL ALPINA GUESTS: - 5% discount on ski lessons! If both parents rent a ski set for 6 days, the equipment is free for children up to 10 years, Kids 14 years and up receive a 50% discount. Children up to 6 years ski for free with all lifts.

Pro Line - Medium Line - Easy Line - Chill Area

The snowpark is located next to the slope of the Hirschkogel 6-seater chairlift.

The park is designed in slopestyle with 3 different lines. On the spectacular Pro Line there are downrails and kickers with an 18m table. The Medium Line is easier but still offers a lot of airtime. The Easy Line provides simple obstacles to help you improve your skills.
