Our rooms are available for check-in from 2.00 pm. If you are arriving earlier, please let us know and we will do our best to have your room ready for you as soon as possible.

On the day of departure, your room is available until 11:00 am; however, you are welcome to enjoy the spa area until the evening for a small additional charge. Lockers are available in the changing rooms and we will store your luggage safely at reception in the meantime.

Covered parking spaces are available for all guests in the underground car park and directly in front of the main entrance. Free of charge for the duration of your stay.

Charging points for electric cars are available in our free underground car park for a fee.

If you are arriving by train or plane, we are happy to arrange a private transfer in our comfortable hotel bus. Our reservations team can provide prices for pick-ups from Salzburg or Munich airports. Pick-ups from St. Johann railway station are free of charge, provided you book in advance.

The hotel has a self-service washing machine and tumble dryer available for a fee. If you don’t feel like doing the washing up whilst on holiday, you’re welcome to use our laundry and ironing service.

Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the hotel – that goes without saying.

Our reception is open daily from 08.00 am to 10.00 pm. You are, of course, still welcome to arrive or depart outside these hours! Just let us know in advance.

Many rooms feature a balcony with views of the surrounding mountains and offer plenty of space to relax after an active day out.

Our family rooms and family suites are particularly suitable for families, featuring separate sleeping areas and plenty of space for parents and children. The spacious layouts provide quiet spaces for the whole family and ensure a relaxing holiday. On request, we are happy to provide cots and other family amenities.

Yes, we are happy to provide cots for our youngest guests. Please let us know your requirements when you book so that everything can be ready for your arrival. That way, you can relax and enjoy your holiday right from the start.

Yes, bathrobes and towels for the wellness area are available to our guests throughout their stay. This means you can enjoy the spa and wellness area straight away, with no hassle.

Yes, some of our room categories are equipped with air conditioning. These include the Superior Room Panorama, the Executive Room Panorama, the Executive Room Plus, the Comfort Room Plus, the Tauernloft #136, and the Tauern Suite Panorama #126. Our team will be happy to provide you with further information on the amenities available in each room category.

All rooms have at least one hairdryer in the bathrooms.

All our rooms are equipped with a capsule coffee machine.

We are happy to take details of any allergies or dietary requirements at the time of booking so that we can take them into account and put together a personalised meal plan.

During the summer months, the Alpendorf-Bergbahnen adventure playground is located right outside the hotel, offering plenty of fun for our younger guests. As this is not run by the hotel, we have no control over the fees that may be charged for some of the play equipment (e.g. the Discoboat or Babykarts) or over the opening hours.

Yes, for our youngest guests there is a separate heated baby pool with a comfortable water temperature of 33 to 34 °C and a shallow depth of around 20 cm. Here, babies can have their first experiences in the water together with their parents and develop their motor skills through play.

Our caring baby care service at the Storchennest is available daily for babies and toddlers from four weeks old up to their second birthday. The service is open daily from 9.00 am to 6.00 pm. To ensure the best possible care and sufficient time for each child, we ask that you book by the evening before at the latest. Lunch and dinner supervision are also available on request.

Please note that dogs are not permitted in the restaurant, on the sunbathing lawn or in the wellness area. Dogs are welcome in our à la carte restaurant, BistrO Pizzeria, as well as in the lobby and hotel bar with terrace.

In keeping with our motto, ‘Holidays for the whole family’, we also offer dog-sitting: for €30 per hour, we’ll look after our four-legged hotel guests, take them for walks and make sure they’re well looked after whilst the rest of the family is out and about.

In Austria, there is a general requirement for dogs to be kept on a lead and muzzled in public spaces. In practical terms, this means that if your dog is wearing a muzzle in open green spaces, the lead requirement does not apply. Muzzles and leads are compulsory on public transport. In residential areas, shopping centres and premises of any kind, dogs must always be kept on a lead. Dogs are completely prohibited on playgrounds.

Room cancellations are only valid in writing.

The accommodation contract may be terminated without incurring a cancellation fee up to 30 days before the guest’s agreed arrival date.
From 29 days to 7 days prior to the arrival date, 50% of the total cost will be charged as a cancellation fee.
In the event of cancellation from 6 days prior to the start of the holiday or in the event of early departure, 100% will be charged.
The cancellation fee is calculated on the basis of the total price.
For accommodation contracts concluded via distance selling, there is no right of withdrawal within 14 days of the contract being concluded. The contract is binding upon conclusion.
