Through precise and controlled movements supported by springs, ropes and a moving carriage, Reformer Pilates effectively enhances strength, mobility, posture and body awareness. Reformer Strength & Stretch
We train with the Long Box on the Reformer – ideal for building strength while improving flexibility. Feel your body with awareness and create more space in your movements.
Reformer Dynamic
Open Dynamic Flow on the Reformer – fluid sequences that make every muscle come alive. Strength and stability are built through gentle training – without losing the sense of lightness.
Reformer Strong
Powerful exercises, strong movements – a workout that challenges you. Muscles are strengthened, limits are pushed. Intensive, sweat-inducing and full of energy.

- Personal Trainer Reformer Session: Enjoy a personalized Reformer Pilates class tailored to your needs. Advance appointment required. (for a fee of €95.00/60 min.)
