Stay active – even on holiday. Alpina’s Fitness Point is open daily from 7.00 am to 9.30 pm. Yoga, Pilates and Reformer Pilates classes are held several times a week. In addition, our personal trainers are on hand every day to offer support through group classes and one-to-one sessions.

Reformer Pilates
Through precise and controlled movements, aided by springs, cables and a movable platform, Reformer Pilates effectively promotes strength, flexibility, posture and body awareness. The deep muscles in particular are intensely engaged, making this training method ideal not only for strengthening the core, but also for rehabilitation and injury prevention.

As a deliberate counterbalance to our high-intensity and full-body workouts at Fitnesspoint, we regularly offer yoga sessions and guided meditations.
Nestled amidst the Salzburg mountains, we create a space for tranquillity, balance and mindfulness. Whether it’s gentle morning yoga, breathing exercises or relaxing evening meditation – our sessions promote recovery, mental strength and inner balance. Ideal for anyone looking to consciously wind down after a workout and recharge their batteries.

Access is permitted from the age of 15. Children aged 12 and over are welcome to train alongside their parents, provided they are accompanied and supervised by them.

We train using the Long Box on the Reformer – ideal for building strength whilst improving flexibility. Become more aware of your body and find greater freedom of movement. - Reformer Dynamic
Open Dynamic Flow on the Reformer – flowing movements that engage every muscle. Strength and stability are built up through gentle training – without losing that sense of lightness. - Reformer Strong
Powerful exercises, strong movements – a workout that pushes you to your limits. Muscles are strengthened, boundaries are pushed. Intense, sweat-inducing and full of energy.
