We ask for a deposit of € 500.00 per room by means of no-fee (within the E.U.) bank transfer to our account:

For cancellation of reservations, we reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee according to Austrian hotel cancellation guidelines. Directly through us or online at http://hotel.europaeische.at/hsp?AGN=05000885 you can simply and inexpensively take out holiday cancellation insurance. Please be aware that we can only offer package rates if you pay in cash.

Every cancellation has to be in written form.
Until 3 months before your arrival we charge no cancellation fee.
From 3 months until 1 month before the arrival we charge 50% of your stay:
From 1 month until 1 week before you arrive we charge 80% of your stay.
If you cancel 1 week before or drive home earlier we have to charge 100% of the whole accommodation.
